TRAINER - LIFESKILLS

Key responsibilities include:

The Trainer will be responsible for conducting and ensuring effective delivery of the Module in the assigned School, building a rapport with the Students and the Staff and ensuring the Program has maximum positive impact on the child.

Qualification/Experience:
A graduate in any discipline between 25-35 yrs and preferably a Masters in Social Work/Psychology/Humanities with an aptitude to work with children and good communication skills in English. Team Leadership skills, Listening and Counseling skills are important.

CREATIVE WRITERS

Key responsibilities include:

The writer will be responsible for creating exciting, fun training sessions for children based on life skills, providing content for children, parents and teachers through different media such as website, our Interactive Children's news paper etc.

Qualification/Experience:

A graduate or post graduate in any discipline with 0-5 years of experience, an excellent command of English and a passion for writing. Any experience of working with children will be of added value.

SENIOR DESIGNERS

Key responsibilities include:

The designer will be responsible for creating a variety of printed materials for training programs in schools as well as for Corporate branding, events etc and dealing with vendors.

Qualification/Experience:

A person with 3-4 years of experience in designing, good knowledge in Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator and Adobe Indesign. Familiarity with Videos and web based software's will be of added value.
