Success is not measured by what you accomplish, but
by the opposition you have encountered, and the courage
with which you have maintained the struggle against all
odds. An employee with a sound technical
qualification, is in fact a brand ambassador. However,
if he/she has also undergone training in soft skills,
he/she presents a complete package and is a definite
asset to the company.
AS an employee takes on more responsibilities and
aspires to grow, a change in work values sometimes
becomes necessary. Success at the next level is not
always a given. It needs more than just a change in
gears. As leadership guru Ram Chandran puts it, "To
start doing something new, you have to stop doing
something old". A continuous updating of skills,
both technical and otherwise can thus give you a
sustainable advantage.
With this in mind, PeoplePro did a complete "need
analysis" by interviewing several corporate heads and HR
personnel. Our corporate program "Corporate
Connectivity" is designed to cover all the areas we felt
needed nurturing in today's corporate workforce. In
simple terms we have divided our program into three
parts.
Building Bridges:
A set of training programs that cuts across all levels
in the corporate hierarchy and focuses on creating a
"Feel Good" factor by tackling relationship, character
and personality oriented topics.
Well Being@ Work:
This interactive and fun-based program is all about
improving inter-personal relations, fostering teamwork,
and learning how to deal with the ups and downs within
the workplace.
Street Smart: As
the name suggests, this active learning program helps
the employees deal with the outside world and all its
diversity. Cultural differences, customer oriented
topics and etiquette related issues are dealt with by
our experienced and qualified trainers. |
